Elton Wemali Shirengo is the director of an events planning and photography studio(Ellyn's Events), with experience in script writing, videography, editing(post-production), photography and event planning. I am fueled by my passion for understanding the nuances of cross-cultural diversity. I consider myself a "forever student," eager to both build on my academic foundations in Film production, and stay in tune with the latest digital filming, photography and event planning strategies through continued coursework.
My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to my most recent success as a photographer and videographer at Humble Touch TV, this entailed taking detailed photos and videos during different live tv productions and live church service streaming. Meanwhile, I vastly improved the productivity of my work by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for my department.
I believe mindfulness in the workplace is key to success—a tenet I live out through my interests in football, meditation, reading, and swimming. Elton is currently working as a freelance photographer, event planner and is always interested in a challenge to grow as an individual and a service provider.
